Where do you ship to?
We ship all over the United States.
Is all shipping free?
No. Shipping to the lower 48 states is free, however, shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will be subject to charges. You will need to contact us to provide us with your delivery address so that we can provide a quote to you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all lower 48 states in the USA. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will be dependant on the address and a quote can be generated on request.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet.
How long will it take for me to get my product?
Most of our products are madee to order so it can take between 2-4 for for products to arrive at your home. You're welcome to contact us regarding specific products and we can provide a more acurate timeline base on the manufacturers stock at that point in time. Please be aware, peak periods such as Christmas can cause delays with our freight contractors due to the volume of orders and can therefor add time to your delivery date.
Can i track my order?
Most of our freight partners have the ability to track deliveries. After you place your order we will email you approximately 24-48 hrs (Weekdays) the order confirmation will have a tracking number.
Do you accept returns?
If you have just placed and order online and contact us before it ships we are able to cancel the order. This does not apply to custom builds. After your orcer has shipped we do not generally accept returns as our manufacturers have made this product for you at time of purchase. You are welcome to contact us anytime to discuss options, we will assess every request on a case by case basis.
Will you exchange a product?
If your have for example ordered the wrong colour product we can get in touch with our manufacturers and if they are able to accept the origional product back we can organise a replacement. Please be aware, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the origional product.
